Cushioning Information:
Our philosophy on cushioning is to select the most appropriate marriage of seat cushion and back cushion for each individual piece of upholstery. The seat cushion and back cushion are engineered to work together to provide customized comfort and inviting appearance. This also takes the guesswork out of cushion selection: you can feel confident that the standard seat cushion and back cushion selected for each piece has been carefully designed to provide luxurious comfort and support. The foundation of our seat cushions is Ultracel™ foam. Two distinguishing and beneficial characteristics of this premium foam are the initial inviting comfort it provides along with a high level of enduring support. The following is a brief description of the seat cushions that we use. 

  - Ultra Premium: Medium firm with a tailored appearance
  - Ultra Plush: Medium soft with a casual appearance
  - Ultra Crown: Medium soft with a high crown and tailored appearance
  - Comfort Down: Soft with a casual appearance. Standard in many styles and optional for all others
  - Spring Down: Firm with a tailored appearance. Standard in some styles and optional for all others

Throw Pillows: 
All throw pillows that are standard in our product line or ordered individually have a FEATHER DOWN core. This core is comprised of a 10% down, 90% feather blend. This luxurious filling greatly enhances the comfort and appearance of your piece. However, should you prefer a blown fiber pillow core or have allergy concerns, simply specify the change on your order, and we can accommodate your request at no additional charge.

Contrasting Welt: 
Wherever welt is featured on a particular upholstery style, contrasting welt may be specified as a decorative option. You may also specify biased application of the welt.

Decorative Trim:
All of our rope welts, brush fringes, decorative tapes, and boullion fringes have been custom colored to coordinate with our fabrics. These can be applied just to the throw pillows, the back and seat cushions, around a skirt, or on an entire piece.

Ring Swivel Base:
Our ring base swivel unit is an available option on most of the skirted chairs in our line. This is a stationary swivel unit that can accommodate even larger size chairs with great stability. Our ring base swivel is a quality mechanism that rotates 360º smoothly on ball bearings. The unit will not alter the overall height of the chair, the height of the skirt, or the pitch of the chair.
