We know that choosing the perfect furniture for your home can be stressful. We want to take that stress out of designing your furniture and make it a stress free experience. Our Design Specialist are fully dedicated to listening to your design concept and making suggestions based on those ideas. We at Ohio Hardwood and Upholstered Furniture want to make sure you have the room in your home that you always dreamed about. Whether it be baby furniture to hand down for generations, quality upholstered furniture for your living room or simply a beautifully handcrafted dining set to sit and enjoy those wonderful family moments, we are here to offer design solutions.
Meet Our Team:
Pascal King-Smith
Owner/Custom Design Specialist:
Pascal has been working with solid hardwoods for decades and
is very knowledgeable when it comes to designing your furniture. He enjoys talking with our clients to better understand what their vision is and offers insights based on those needs and ideas. Pascal and his family also own Lattasburg Lumber Mill in West Salem Ohio.
Rob Handloser
Operations Manager/Sales Associate
Rob graduated from the College of Wooster. You will find Rob either in the showroom assisting clients or coordinating furniture pickups and deliveries. He ensures our daily operations are operating as scheduled. If there is an issue he works diligently to correct the problem.
Carie Wise
Customer Service Representative:
Carie is the voice on the phone when you call the showroom Monday thru Friday. She has two daughters that keep her very busy with sports and 4-H. Carie has been with OHF for several years and enjoys working with clients to find the perfect design solution for their home.
Martha King-Smith
Owner/Custom Design Specialist:
Martha works in the OHF office the majority of the time but you will find her on the showroom floor on Saturdays. She works with Pascal and all the employees to ensure our clients needs are met and our builders are held to the high standards OHF has set for them. Martha stays busy outside OHF with Pascal's and her large family and many pets.
Drew King-Smith
A weekend “warrior” Sales Associate/Delivery Specialist:
Drew works the weekend to ensure client deliveries are done efficiently with the White glove treatment and also works in the showroom to assist clients with design solutions. Drew is currently back at school during the week studying to be a large/small animal veterinarian. Hopes to attend OSU Veterinarian college in the fall of 2023.
Lanaya Van Tilburg
Interior Design Specialist:
Lanaya is excited to help you achieve functional and aesthetically pleasing room designs. Selecting materials and fabrics is only the beginning of a well designed room. Without effective space planning, rooms can lack a cohesive sense of form and function. Lanaya uses AutoCAD, SketchUP and Room Planner software to design your space so it is both beautiful and usable. She looks forward to helping you integrate the unique furniture options from Ohio Hardwood Furniture into your home.
