Our experience with Ohio Hardwood Furniture has been wonderful - from the initial meeting to discuss design to the delivery. There was one scratch on the shelving area that was pointed out to us upon delivery, but we decided it was not bad enough to send the piece back. The furniture is very high quality and the custom finish is beautiful. We are very pleased with our furniture and the customer service we have received from the company.
