Shipping

Shipping charges vary by state and products ordered, and are NOT included in the prices displayed on the website. These are calculated based on your location and the product(s) you order.

We will authorize your card, but will not capture the funds until we have your approval for shipping charges. Shortly after you place an order online, we will contact you to confirm the total charge (including shipping). If you are unhappy with the costs associated with shipping your furniture, you will not be obligated to complete the purchase. Otherwise, with your final approval, we will process your credit card for the full amount.

The shipping can be quoted for both curbside delivery or inside set up. Curbside delivery requires the home owner to carry the furniture into the house. With inside set up, two men carry the furniture into the house and set up the pieces.

Local delivery in Northeast Ohio is handled with an Ohio Hardwood Furniture truck.
