| It is a first-rate process of purchasing from your company. I appreciate the individual attention and ability to customize at no additional cost. Moreover, I know I am making a good investment in quality furniture, versus the particle board offerings from most major retailers these days. The only (slight) glitch was during the delivery, when the delivery person told me I had a balance due. I explained that I had paid by credit card the day before; however, he stated again that his paperwork showed I had a balance due. But -- because of your thorough procedures, I already had a copy of my paid invoice in my e-mail inbox. I quickly printed a copy of the paid invoice, and that satisfied the delivery person's concern/question. |

| Excellent TV Corner cabinet - ordering was easy, customisation was affordable and the product is excellent - both beautiful and functional. My one comment is that the glass installed in the doors is not quite tight enough and it rattles when volume and bass are up high (we have a subwoofer). It probably needs to be secured better - either with glazing compound or caulk (or other). We are still happy - but I wanted you to be aware. |

We went to the showroom quite a number of times, changed our minds on more than a couple of things before we actually ordered, and never felt rushed or pressured. The gentlemen who delivered the furniture were courteous, and the bedroom set is beyond my expectations. This was a wonderful experience and would recommend Ohio Hardwood to everyone. | All of the pieces are just wonderful. They are exactly what we hoped for and more. The bedroom dressers are so substantial and beautiful (as are all of them) and I loved being able to fill them with our things before our company came. The bed is just perfect too: the mattress height is perfect and it is exactly what we wanted. The quartersawn oak patterning is gorgeous, especially on the bed! And, finally, the walnut china hutch is lovely and beautiful and perfect. Chris and I stayed up late unpacking our china and nicest glassware into it and it looks gorgeous; it makes our dining room complete. Last night we entertained our guests and had dinner in our dining room with candles lit and the lighting on in the china hutch and it felt wonderful. Thank you so much for your assistance in picking the pieces and also in helping us get it here in time for our company! |

The Service is amazing and the quality of the furniture that we have purchased-Casual,Formal, and Children's has been exactly what we ordered. Pascal and Martha are so welcoming and they really want to please the customer. Delivery is smooth and employees are courteous. One of the chairs needed to match an earlier set that was currently residing in Colorado. They made the chair, the stain was perfect and it arrived in perfect condition and on time in Colorado.
